IIM CAP 2026: EOI Deadline Jan 25; Registration Fees & Documents

Candidates seeking admission to the MBA programs at IIM Bodhgaya, IIM Jammu or IIM Sirmaur must submit the IIM CAP 2026 shortlist form along with the Expression of Interest (EOI). Candidates will be selected based on their CAT 2025 score and academic profile. The IIM CAP 2026 application window is currently open and applicants should keep all required documents ready before applying. Shortlisting of profiles will be done based on the received applications and further, such candidates will be invited for a PI round. The fee to be paid by the candidates for the IIM CAP PI shortlist round is ₹2000 (₹1000 in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates).

IIM CAP Registration Process 2026

  • Access the official IIM CAP 2026 website.

  • Click on the CAP 2026 option.

  • Enter the CAT ID and password

  • Fill in the CAP form, attach the EOI along with supporting documentation and click on submit

Candidates have to select three different cities in order of preference in the IIM CAP 2026 form to appear in the PI process.

IIM CAP 2026: Documents to be uploaded

  • Photograph and Signature 

  • Photo Identity Card Document (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence and Passport)

  • CAT 2025 Score card (Upload the pdf file which you downloaded from the CAT website)

  • 10th and 12th/Diploma (mark sheet and Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree

  • The bachelor Graduation Marksheet of all semesters/yrs

  • The applicant, who has graduated before 2025, will require the Degree Certificate

  • A Provisional Degree Certificate is needed if the candidate has completed graduation in the year 2025 but has not yet received the marksheet.

  • Master's Degree certificate

  • Professional Degree certificate

  • Category/PwD Certificate, if applicable

Work Experience Requirements

  • Only Full-time work experience after graduation to be considered. Part-time/ Project/ Internship/ training/ apprenticeship/ Article-ship / Pre-graduation work experience should not be entered and will not be counted as work experience. Candidates should not enter any experience gained as part of the eligibility degree (bachelor’s degree or professional degree, as applicable).

  • Work experience data up to 31st December 2025 will be considered for admissions in the CAP 2026 and onwards. Applicants must accurately enter the required details and upload the supporting documents on the CAP 2026 portal. 

  • All work experience records should be merged into a single file before submission.

Documents required as proof of employment experience

The joining, appointment, or relieving letter must be issued on the official company letterhead and carry the seal and signature of the authorised official.

  • The letter of joining/appointment

  • First two pay slips

  • The last two pay stubs

  • The applicant needs to provide relieving letters for all the past organisations/companies he/she has worked with.

  • A bank account statement reflecting the period of employment is an official requirement for candidates. 

  • Candidates must submit at least one statutory proof to validate their work experience, such as an EPF, ESIC or NPS statement or Form 16.
