Modern leadership is no longer limited to handling business functions. To address this need, IIM Calcutta has launched Batch 19 of its Executive Program in Leadership and Management. The program is aimed at professionals aspiring to move into strategic leadership positions.
Having completed more than eighteen successful batches the program has built a strong reputation for helping professionals strengthen leadership and management capabilities. It focuses on key areas such as innovation, strategic decision-making, execution and leadership in AI-driven and technology-focused business environments.

The Executive Program in Leadership and Management will begin on 30 June 2026. It will be conducted completely in online mode over a duration of one year. Participants are expected to spend around three hours per week on learning activities. The programme fee is ₹ 6.75 lakhs plus applicable taxes.
Extra tax and online processing charges will be added when completing the payment. As the demand for future-ready leaders is increasing programs like this at IIM Calcutta are not just regular academic courses anymore.
