IIM Calcutta announces the 16th batch of its marketing leadership course

The curriculum covers topics like harmonizing selling and marketing approaches, leveraging insights and growing in a customer-focused manner. Because of increased digital and AI adoption in the corporate sector, this course helps executive and senior-level leaders combine human intuition, technology and strategic decision-making.
Nine courses will teach participants the areas of leadership and brand or product and sales strategy, strategic marketing and communications, communications and digital marketing, customer centric organisations and marketing analytics. These will be held online and conducted by the IIM Calcutta faculty through the TimesPro online learning platform and include two campus immersions. Participants will also have to work on a capstone project.
The candidates are required to possess at least eight years of work experience. A minimum of 50% is required in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, recognised by IIM Calcutta. The graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion along with membership in the Executive Education Alumni Network featuring more than 40,000 professionals.

It has been hosting experts from various sectors such as car, airline, pharma, energy and manufacturing, varying from senior managers to CXO-level executives.
