As a part of the agreement, AGD Biomedicals will create and teach a new course called Dynamics of the Medical Devices and Equipment Business. The course will touch on the dynamics of how the Med-Tech industry functions and how one must perform in order to succeed within it. Students who do well in the class will be able to do summer internships and may even be awarded job placements at AGD Biomedicals.

An agreement was signed by the CEO of AGD Biomedicals, Dr Rajesh M. Patel and the Director of IIM Bodh Gaya Dr. Vinita Sahay. Both opined that this alliance is a notable leap ahead. It will enhance the application of classroom learning in actual work in the healthcare sector.  Dr Swapnarag Swain, who heads the MBA-HHM program, also added that the tie-up will enhance industrial know-how in the classroom.

IIM Bodh Gaya introduced the MBA-HHM program in 2023. The program equips students to practise in a variety of healthcare fields such as hospitals, health insurance, pharma and digital health. The institute aims to offer more learning and employment opportunities for students interested in healthcare administration with this new deal.
