The results of the IIM Ahmedabad PGP Admission Process 2026 have been declared on 13 April 2026. Students who went through the WAT (Written Ability Test) and PI (Personal Interview) rounds can now find out whether they have been selected for the IIM Ahmedabad MBA 2026-28 program. They must have their CAT 2025 Registration Number & Email ID.
Steps to Check Result of IIM Ahmedabad PGP 2026
Check out these easy steps to check and download the IIMA PGP result -
Visit the website of IIM Ahmedabad
Go to the tab saying "Admission Status PGP 2026-28"
Enter your CAT Registration Number 2025 and Email ID to log in
The result will be displayed on your screen. Save it as a PDF for further use.
You can also check your result through email as selected students will get an email from IIM Ahmedabad offering admission.
What Should I Do Following the Announcement of the IIM Ahmedabad PI Result 2026?
Once the results are released here is what candidates should do based on their eligibility –
In case you have received the final admission offer -
Look into your emails to find the official offer letter from IIM Ahmedabad
Accept the offer before the date provided by them
Make sure that you pay the fee to make your position final at IIM Ahmedabad
If you have not received the admission offer -
It means you are probably on the waiting list. You can check your name on the list
Keep checking the official website and your email inbox regularly for any updates or movement in the waitlist
IIM Ahmedabad Waitlist 2026 – Expected Movement
In case an admitted candidate declines admission into IIM Ahmedabad (some may prefer IIM Bangalore, FMS Delhi or any other institution) then the next candidate from the waiting list will get an opportunity.
