In the second cluster of IIM Ahmedabad's final placements for the class of PGP 2026, conglomerates like Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Group and Tata Administrative Services participated, along with theGodrej Group and the Murugappa Group. In this cluster, the highest number of offers was made by theEssar Group. In the consumer services sector, the top recruiter was Airtel.

The pharma and healthcare group comprised Bharat Serums, Sun Pharma and first-time recruiter Leeford Healthcare. There was also increased participation from the retail sector's B2B and B2C space, wherein Dot & Key and Nykaa participated alongside Amazon and Flipkart.

The cluster also witnessed international recruiters such as DAMAC from Dubai and Fast Retailing from Tokyo making offers to the students. The third cluster of IIM Ahmedabad PGP 2026 final placements is set to take place on February 9, 2026.

The first cluster occurred on February 3, with Boston Consulting Group being the largest recruiter in the management consulting group with 33 placements available. Other major recruiters were Alvarez & Marsal, Bain & Company, Kearney and McKinsey & Company.

The PGP summer placements occurred in three clusters, comprising 25 cohorts. A total of 410 students were successfully placed, with over 165 firms offering over 230 job roles.
