IIM Ahmedabad MBA-FABM Placement Report 2025 - Highest Package INR 41.83 Lakh

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) has released the audited placement report 2025 for its two-year MBA in Food and Agri-business Management - FABM. In accordance with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) the report has been distributed.

IIM Ahmedabad MBA-FABM Placement Report 2025 - Highest Package INR 41.83 Lakh

This year 44 students were offered 52 jobs. A total of 35 companies took part in the final placement process. Regular recruiters returned and many new companies also showed interest in hiring from this program.

According to IIM Ahmedabad the MBA-FABM program is ranked number one in the world for Food and Agri-business studies. The placements reflected this reputation. The highest salary offered was ₹41.83 lakh. The average salary stood at ₹22.21 lakh while the highest international package was 39,211 USD. One student chose to start their own business instead of taking up a job.

Reputed recruiters included Accenture, Amul, Ernst & Young, Godrej Agrovet, Grant Thornton, Nestlé, PepsiCo and P1 Industries. First-time recruiters were Ashirvad by Aliaxis, Jam Irrigation, Midland Microfinance, National Dairy Development Board, Novasol Ingredients, PCI India and Valency International.

The PGP FABM batch of 2023–25 received 44 job offers in total out of which 42 were domestic and two were international. Job roles were offered across sectors such as agri-input, agri-tech, BFSI, consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, food processing, food production and plantation and manufacturing. The two international offers came from the commodity trading sector.

Consulting firms made the highest number of offers 15, followed by FMCG companies 10.

Placement Chairperson Viswanath Pingali expressed his happiness at the outcome. He said that recruiters especially those from the Food and Agri-business sector showed strong faith in IIM Ahmedabad’s graduates. He added that this reflects the strength of the program, the placement office and the processes followed by the institute.
