This eight-month program is designed for mid and senior level professionals from regions including the Middle East, South Asia and Europe. It is intended to improve leadership skills, business knowledge and strategic thinking skills through the integration of e-learning with on-campus sessions.
This GMP course is approved by the Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and will comprise nearly 100 blended learning sessions. Participants will also take part in a 10-day campus immersion program at IIM Ahmedabad’s Dubai and Ahmedabad campuses.
The GMP at IIM Ahmedabad focuses on practical learning experiences. It enables participants to develop a comprehensive understanding of the way organisations work. It includes topics such as organisational behavior, marketing, finance, operations, digital strategy and innovation.
The classes include case studies from Harvard and IIMA with interactive discussions and assignments and a final project. It is designed to improve managerial thinking and prepare professionals for higher leadership positions.

Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad’s General Management Program is open to professionals worldwide, including UAE, India and Europe-based professionals.
