IEMS business school in Hubballi which runs under the Kaizen Eduplus Society organised NIRMAN 2025 the official orientation program for first-year MBA students. The event helped new students understand the college environment, academic rules and the skills needed to succeed in the management field.

The chief visitor was Dr. Uttam Kinange head of the Kousali Institute of Management Studies. He told students that regular self improvement is important for career growth. He advised them to update their skills every day and start their MBA journey with an open mind so they can learn new ideas and management skills easily.

The guest of honour V Kaushik who is the HR Manager at Sangeeta Mobiles Pvt Ltd said that a good attitude and strong skills play a big role in building a successful career.

During his speech Chartered Accountant NA Charantimath the institute’s honorary chairman said students should stay technically strong, up to date and professionally capable. He asked them to improve both their subject knowledge and soft skills to match industry needs.

On the same day 84 students received job offers from Sangeeta Mobiles during a pool placement drive held on the campus.

Veeranna DK, director of IEMS B School encouraged the new batch to begin their MBA journey with dedication, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Poornima Charantimath who is the professor emeritus also spoke to the audience. She discussed the institute significant accomplishments including its accreditation, industry relationships, academic recognition and consistent academic performance throughout time.
