Great Lakes Institute of Management has begun accepting applications for PGPM, PGPM-Family Business and Entrepreneurship
Great Lakes Institute of Management's COO and Admissions Director, Gautam Lakhamraju stated that they are glad to invite applications for the PGPM and PGPM-FBE programs in 2026-27. Both programs are designed for two sets of distinct but equally ambitious groups of future leaders experienced professionals aspiring to fast-track their corporate careers and next-generation entrepreneurs aspiring to scale their companies. Our mission is to deliver outstanding learning experiences that integrate academic rigor, industry applicability and truly global perspective. The PGPM program which is available on both the Chennai and Gurgaon campuses is targeted for two years of work experience.
The world class faculty peer learning, a diverse and experienced cohort, robust industry networking and experiential learning are all utilised in this one year full time and fast tracked MBA program. The 2025 batch received an average CTC of ₹17.8 lakhs a 2.7x rise from the pre program average reflecting the good career outcomes of the program. The PGPM-FBE, offered only in Chennai is a specialised variant of Great Lakes flagship one year MBA program. Targeted at the next generation owners and entrepreneurs of family businesses, the program is designed to equip participants with the skills and mindset needed to innovate and grow their companies in an increasingly changing industrial environment.
Eligibility requirements for the PGPM
Bachelor degree in any discipline from an accredited university with at least 50% overall academic performance.
Valid GMAT, CAT, XAT and NMAT scores. Scores of previous years are also accepted.
At least two years of work experience is required as of April 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria for the PGPM-FBE
A bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% during academics.
A valid CAT, GMAT, XAT, NMAT or Great Lakes Aptitude Test score required for admission to this program.
