CUET- UG Syllabus

The CUET UG is a national-level exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency for admission to undergraduate programs. It is a computer-based exam, conducted in thirteen different languages. To score high, candidates must know the syllabus for the exam. Each subject has 50 multiple-choice questions with no optional questions.

What is the CUET UG Exam?

The Common University Entrance Test, popularly known as CUET UG is a national-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to numerous undergraduate programmes offered by the central universities and other participating universities/colleges. Highlights of CUET UG Syllabus

The CUET UG exam is organised by the NTA for admission into the undergraduate programme. The syllabus includes a language exam, a domain-specific subject and a general aptitude test. There are 50 questions in every section. All the questions are compulsory for candidates. The table below shows the highlights of the CUET UG exam syllabus:

General Aptitude Test Syllabus

For the CUET UG examinations, candidates have to solve the questions related to general aptitude. The syllabus of the general aptitude test covers topics like General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, numeric ability, logical and Analytical reasoning, etc. The table below shows the General Aptitude syllabus:

FAQs

The CUET UG exam is conducted as a computer-based test. The exam is conducted in online mode.

For every correct answer, the candidate receives 5 marks and for every wrong answer selection, 1 mark is deducted.

CUET has 50 questions in each subject paper and no optional questions are present.

The CUET is conducted for 1 hour for one test paper each.

The CUET UG exam is conducted in 13 languages- Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, English, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi and Urdu
