Here we present a selection of notable faculty along with the IIM Kashipur Director and key members, summarising their qualifications and experience.

Director: IIM Kashipur recently appointed Prof. Neeraj Dwivedi as its director. He holds a BTech from GB Pant University based in Pantnagar and his MTech from IIT Kharagpur. That was followed by his Fellow Program in Management (FPM) in Strategic Management, from IIM Lucknow. In a career of more than a quarter century as a leader of academia and strategic manager, he has been a strategy consultant, teaching professor, executive educator and organsiational leader.

Key Faculty Members (Names, Qualifications and Experience):

Prof Smarak Samarjeet: He is an associate professor at IIM Kashipur. He is responsible for teaching leadership communication, business communication, interpersonal skills, corporate communication and crisis communication.

Thasni T: Thasni T is an assistant Professor of Economics at Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. 

K.N. Badhani:  K. N Bandhani is a faculty member of Finance & Accounting at the Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. Previously, he had worked as a teacher in Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurugram; Institute of Rural Management, Anand; Kumauṇ University and HNB Garhwal University.

Dr Harish Kumar: Dr. Harish Kumar is currently an assistant professor of Information Technology & Systems at IIM Kashipur. He has an M. Tech. from IIIT Hyderabad and Ph. D, from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has worked as an Assistant Professor in IIM Bodh Gaya before joining IIM Kashipur.

Dr. Preeti Narwal: Dr.Preeti Narwal is an assistant professor of Marketing at IIM Kashipur. She has completed Ph.D. from  IIT Roorkee 's Department of Management Studies.

Dr. Shivam Rai: Dr. Shivam Rai is an assistant professor at IIM Kashipur, who teaches Marketing to students. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee with a Ph.D. in marketing.

Dr.Alka Arya:  Dr. Alka Arya is a Faculty of Operations Management & Decision Sciences at IIM Kashipur. Before joining the IIM Kashipur, she was teaching at Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University.

Dr. Devendra Kumar Path:  Dr. Devendra Kumar Pathak, Operations Management and Decision Sciences Assistant Professor at IIM Kashipur completed his Ph.D. in operations and supply chain management with Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

Prof. Rachita Gupta : Prof Rachita Gupta is a teacher of operations management and decision sciences at IIM Kashipur. She was earlier working at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Prof. Mridul Maheshwari: Prof Mridul Maheshwari is a faculty with the organisational behaviour and human resource management at IIM Kashipur. Prof Maheshwari has received her doctorate in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.

Safal Batra: Safal Batra has been teaching entrepreneurship and strategic management at IIM Kashipur since March 2015. He has completed BE from Punjab Engineering College,, Chandigarh. He has done his master's degree from IIM Calcutta and his doctorate at IIM Ahmedabad.
