Information Related to CAT 2025 Registration

• CAT registration for 2025 will commence from 10:00 A.M on August 1, 2025. Candidates will have to generate a login, complete the online application form, upload the necessary documents and pay the test fee.

• The registration will conclude on September 13, 2025 (5:00 PM).

• General: ₹2,600

• SC/ST/PwD: ₹1,300

Who All Can Apply & Sit for CAT 2025?

Anybody with a bachelor's degree from a recognised university is eligible to apply for CAT 2025. However, clearing the exam does not guarantee a seat as every IIM has its own selection process and criteria.

Documents Required for CAT 2025

While filling out the CAT application form candidates must upload the following:

• Class 10 & 12 mark sheets.

• Graduation certificate or current semester mark sheet.

• photo and signature of passport size.

• legitimate identification with a photo ID.

• Category certificate (where relevant).

• Work experience proof (where relevant).

• Undergraduates in their final year require a certificate from their school.

Steps to Apply for CAT 2025

1. Visit the official website iimcat.ac.in

2. Click on “New Registration”

3. Fill in your name, DOB, email ID, mobile number and nationality

4. Click on “Generate OTP” and verify the OTP sent to your phone

5. After verification, the application form will open

6. Fill in academic, personal and work details

7. Upload documents, select test cities, IIMs and courses

8. Pay the application fee to complete the process
