The CAT 2025 exam took place on 20 Nov. IIM Kozhikode has published the provisional answer key on 4 Dec and started the objection process on 8 Dec. Once the window for objection closes a panel of experts will look at all the challenges. In case any objection is found correct the answer key will be updated.

How to Raise Objection to CAT 2025 Answer Key

Objection fee this year is ₹ 1500 per question. Following is the procedure to submit objections -

1. Visit the official website iimcat.ac.in 

2. Log in by providing a user ID and password.

3. Open the objection form

4. Put question IDs here that you want to contest

5. Upload the proof or documents that support your objection.

6. pay the fee

The fee is reimbursed only in cases when the objection is accepted.

CAT 2025 Result Date

It will be released after reviewing all the objections. After that raw scores will be normalised and percentiles will be calculated. This year around 2.58 lakh candidates appeared for the exam so preparing scorecards is going to take around 7 to 10 days. Based on this timeline the CAT result 2025 is expected on 20 Dec. Looking at the trend in the past years it may also be released between 21 and 22 Dec.
