The syllabus of the 2026 ATMA exam describes all the topics that need to be taken into consideration to prepare for the exam. The syllabus has three main sections that consist of Analytical Reasoning, Verbal Skills and Quantitative Skills. The level of questions will be graduate and high school level.

ATMA 2026 Preparation Tips

  • Analytical Skills - This is the test of logical reasoning. Analyse patterns and not formulas while doing this section. With practice this will improve speed and accuracy. The good attempt here is approximately 42-43 questions with close to 90 percent accuracy.

  • Quantitative Skills - The majority of the questions are based on maths from high school. Strengthen basic concepts and practice regularly. Attempting 41-42 questions with 80 - 90 percent accuracy is considered good.

The ATMA 2026 is a national level entrance exam which is organised for MBA as well as PGDM courses by several management institutes across the nation.

There are three parts in the ATMA exam like Analytical Reasoning, Verbal Skills and Quantitative Skills.

There are 180 multiple choice questions in the ATMA exam with sixty questions in each section.

Indeed ATMA uses a negative marking system with one point given for a right response and 0.25 marks subtracted for each wrong response.
