How Is the ATMA Result Calculated?
ATMA has a simple marking scheme -
+ 1 mark for every correct answer
-0.25 marks for each incorrect answer
The raw score is then converted into a scaled score and percentile in relation to the performance of all the candidates who have sat for the exams. The percentile value in ATMA indicates the relative performance of a candidate among others who have sat for the exam. Suppose a candidate scores in percentile 60 it indicates that the candidate scored better than 60 percent of the candidates.
