The four-year BBA course will begin in 2026 with 60 seats. The students will learn classroom courses with practical training in sports leadership, mentoring of athletes and fitness management. The program will also have guest lectures, athlete mentorship and industry-oriented training.

To encourage women in sport, the university shall also have the Anju Bobby George Women Athlete Scholarship which shall be given annually to two female athletes who are performing at state, national or international levels.

This project also endorses the Sports Development and Welfare Bill 2025 which aims at professionalising sports education in India.
