Director General of SCOPE Atul Sobti, Joint Secretary of Capacity Building Commission S.P. Roy and Director of IIM Indore Prof. Himanshu Rai signed an agreement with Egon Zehnder, Rahul Rana, Partner for the second batch of the DAKSH Leadership program, building on the commitment towards developing a future-ready pipeline of leaders in PSUs.

Agreement for DAKSH Leadership Program Signed by the SCOPE and Capacity Building Commission with IIM Indore and Egon Zehnder

In the company of the following senior representatives, the pact was signed.

Adil Zainulbhai, who is the Chairman of CBC, participated virtually

Ayush Gupt, the Director HR of GAIL

SAIL and senior officials from PSUs, SCOPE and CBC

For the second group of DAKSH, a special leadership development program specifically designed to yield a cohort of high-achieving leaders ready to assume strategic and board-level positions in PSEs, SCOPE and CBC have partnered with Egon Zehnder as Knowledge Partner and IIM Indore as Academic Partner. The initial cohort of DAKSH, which is presently participating in learning immersions with McKinsey as a Knowledge Partner and IIM Ahmedabad as an Academic Partner, consists of about 75 high-potential senior managers from different PSUs throughout the nation.
