ACCA and IIM Indore Join Hands to Boost Careers in Accounting and Finance

Prof. Himanshu Rai who is the Director of IIM Indore and Prabhanshu Mittal the Head of Education Partner Relationships India at ACCA inked the agreement. The tie-up is a significant step towards enhancing the accountancy and finance profession not only in India but at the global level.
The partnership will leverage the resources and know-how of both institutions for the benefit of students, professionals and the broader accounting profession. ACCA and IIM Indore will jointly concentrate on innovation, knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices within the profession.
As part of the MoU the two organisations will collaborate on joint academic programs, seminars and workshops. ACCA will also provide faculty development and trainer training programmes. Apart from that the partnership also hopes to foster research and innovation in accountancy and finance to support future growth of the profession.
As per Md. Sajid Khan the Director of ACCA India this collaboration would prepare the future accounting and finance professionals by providing students globally recognised qualifications and future-ready competencies.
Director of IIM Indore, Prof. Himanshu Rai said that this partnership will marry global industry best practices to the academic prowess of IIM Indore. The aim is to make students future-fit to become leaders capable of succeeding in today's rapidly evolving world of finance and accounting while driving innovation and making a lasting difference in the profession.
