87 MBA students are placed on campus at PU

26 top companies from a variety of industries including banking, finance, IT, insurance, marketing and consulting enthusiastically participated in the placement drive. The highest-paying recruiter was Federal Bank which offered nine positions with an annual compensation package of Rs 16.42 lakh. Since 2012 the Federal Bank has been hiring MBA students from the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences Panjab University. Another frequent employer Mahindra Finance, gave three people an annual salary of Rs 10 lakh.
Students from Punjab University's many departments are still excelling in their studies and careers. The outstanding placement results demonstrate the calibre of our education and our students' employability. Renu Vig the vice chancellor of the university congratulated the placement team, instructors and students on their accomplishments.
