According to the statement given by MU, the average (median: INR 27.78 LPA) ₹33.39 LPA for the cohort places Masters' Union among the highest in Tier-1 Indian business schools this year, with the school also securing 30 overseas offers this year, higher than the total international offer counts at the top IIMs.
On an average, the students received 1.42 offers while the top quartile of the class reported an average of ₹54.80 LPA. This year, there were 64 campus drives conducted. Of these there were 55 new recruiters this year, including Meta, Careem, DP World, Sirius International Holdings, Citibank, Flipkart, Mobikwik, Abdul Latif Jameel, IndusInd Bank, KPMG India, Reliance Infrastructure, Alvarez & Marsal, Accenture and Kotak that made offers to Masters' Union students.
The 30 overseas offers came from the US, Canada, UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at an international average of ₹64 LPA. Key recruiters included Meta (US), Commvault (US), Careem (UAE), DP World (Dubai), Sirius Holdings International (Abu Dhabi), Abdul Latif Jameel (Saudi Arabia) and worldwide mobility, fintech and logistics companies.
The domestic average number stands at ₹30.72 LPA. Companies recruited for consulting, product management, banking and financial services, consumer tech, venture capital and Founder's Office. More than 90 per cent of the students accepted full time offers before the penultimate term.

This year's outcomes, from ₹1.28 crore in annual compensation to unprecedented global mobility and entrepreneurial success, prove that India is ready for a different kind of B-school-one built for the future of work. With 30 international offers in important economic corridors like the Middle East, Europe and North America, the Masters' Union's worldwide reach reached new heights this year, according to Abhishek Kaul Director. The maximum annual compensation touched ₹1.28 crores, which is one of the best outcomes in the history of our institution.
