KEA will release the claim slip on 20 August 2025 for the Karnataka PGCET document verification

As per the Karnataka PGCET document verification announcement, only candidates applying under the Ex-Servicemen category need to present their documents personally at KEA headquarters in Malleswaram, Bengaluru. The deadline for submitting documents is August 22 from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. KEA has notified that if the concerned certifications are not presented within the deadline, they will stand disqualified for consideration for the Ex-Servicemen category.

All the other candidates need not submit documents, either offline or online now. The claim slip is drawn up according to information furnished by the candidates at the time of registration. These documents are to be furnished later on reporting to the prescribed college.

The claim sheet is a crucial part of the admission process since it contains candidate details, category and status of eligibility. It is utilised for verification of documents and will be needed during the process of seat allocation.

The release of the claim slip is the starting point of the Karnataka PGCET counselling. However, aspirants are still unsure about the final Karnataka PGCET results. On 7th August, provisional results were announced and several competitors observed discrepancies in their marks and ranks. KEA has not provided any explanation or final result yet but has proceeded with the claim slip notification.

The present report confirms the next step of the admissions process. KEA has informed that Ex-Servicemen quota candidates alone are required to come to the office of KEA on August 22, while all the other applicants can obtain their claim slips right away from the official website.
