IIM Nagpur Placements (2023–2025): Soaring Trajectory & Industry Acclaim
In the final placements for the MBA cohort 2023–25, IIM Nagpur received its all-time high salary package of ₹69.57 Lakhs per annum. As many as 267 students were placed successfully with an impressive average CTC of ₹18.07 Lakhs per annum. The season registered four international offers and three domestic record-breaking packages. The placement process saw robust participation from industry leaders like Microsoft, Amazon, BNP Paribas, Vedanta and Deloitte. Moreover, 89 new recruiters joined the final placements and 98 new companies participated in summer internship recruitment.
Following this consistent performance the 2022–24 batch final placements (completed in 2024) placed 255 students. The peak CTC for the season was ₹38.90 Lakhs per annum with average and median CTCs of ₹16.29 Lakhs per annum and ₹16.00 Lakhs per annum respectively. Recruiters such as Adani, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Accenture, and Microsoft were the top recruiters. Specifically, 62 organisations joined for the first time and half of the batch were freshers, highlighting IIM Nagpur's capability to shape and place talent who come from different academic and professional streams.
The 2024 summer internship season was just as fruitful. 262 students were given internships with an involvement from 81 fresh recruiters. ₹4.5 Lakhs was the maximum stipend provided and the average stipend increased to ₹87,257 by a record 10.74%. The students were provided with job offers in fields across diverse categories such as Product Management, Analytics, Retail Banking and Supply Chain.
Going back to 2023, the final placements for the 2021–23 batch were also noteworthy. Conducted in hybrid mode, this season saw 236 students placed. The highest salary package offered was ₹64.00 Lakhs per annum with an average CTC of ₹16.74 Lakhs per annum and a median CTC of ₹16.85 Lakhs per annum. The top 50% of the batch secured an average CTC of ₹18.91 Lakhs per annum. Recruiters such as Microsoft, Adani, Deloitte, Infosys, KPMG, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and TVS Motors participated in hiring across key sectors like Consulting, BFSI, IT/ITES and FMCG/FMCD.
