IIM Nagpur Blended MBA 2026 Registration Open for Working Professionals; Apply Now!

IIM Nagpur has started registration for the second batch of its Blended MBA Program for Working Professionals after the successful launch of the first cohort. The two-year program offered in collaboration with Jaro Education is designed for mid-level and senior professionals who want to enhance their management, leadership and strategic skills while continuing their careers.

With organisations increasingly seeking leaders who can drive digital transformation, manage cross-functional teams and make data-driven business decisions, the demand for flexible executive education has grown. The Blended MBA Program meets this need by combining live online classes with on-campus learning sessions, allowing working professionals to pursue higher education without taking a break from their jobs.

IIM Nagpur Blended MBA Program for Working Professionals has attracted participants from diverse industries such as healthcare, IT, aerospace, manufacturing,  consulting, oil and gas, banking, finance and edtech. The first cohort included professionals with 2 to 20 years of work experience from states including Karnataka, Bihar, Maharashtra, Punjab, Telangana, Delhi and Tamil Nadu, showing the increasing demand for flexible management education across sectors.

The program offers live online classes along with four campus immersion modules at IIM Nagpur, giving participants hands-on learning opportunities, networking exposure and direct interaction with faculty and peers. The sessions are conducted by IIM Nagpur faculty and industry experts with a focus on case studies, business simulations and practical projects that can be applied directly in the workplace.

According to Prof Debarun Chakraborty, Chairperson of the Blended MBA for Working Professionals, the program is designed to help professionals move from specialised roles to broader managerial and leadership positions. He highlighted that the blended format allows learners to immediately apply classroom concepts in their organisations, improving performance and decision-making.

The first admission round closes on 12 July 2026 with selection results expected later in July. The second admission round will remain open until 31 August, followed by a third round that will continue up to October 2026. Candidates applying for the programme must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 percent  marks and should also have a minimum of three years of work experience to be eligible.

The application fee is ₹2500 while the total program fee is ₹12.10 lakh. The program aims to equip professionals with strategic, analytical and leadership skills, helping them grow in their careers while continuing to work.
