Students can now book their preferred IBSAT exam date and time as slot booking has started. Registration is still open and the IBSAT exam registration last date is 19 December.
Students applying for MBA or PGPM must take the IBSAT 2025 test or apply through CAT, XAT, NMAT by GMAC or GMAT. The next national IBSAT mock test is on 22 November.
Before completing the IBSAT application form all students should review the guidelines. The application will be rejected if they don't fit the qualifying requirements. It is a national IBS entrance exam that is organised at nine IBS campuses for MBA and PGPM admissions.

What is IBSAT?
The IBSAT full form is IBS Aptitude Test. It is organised by IBS Hyderabad for MBA and PGPM admissions. Scores are accepted at nine campuses known as IBSAT colleges including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Dehradun.
IBSAT is a two hour online test with MCQs. It is usually held over two days in December. After qualifying students attend a Selection Briefing followed by Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. These steps form a major part of the IBSAT Entrance Exam process.

Eligibility Criteria of IBSAT Exam 2025
Test takers need to have a bachelors degree from an institution where the mode of education is English with a score of 50 percent in order to be eligible.
Non english medium students have to submit TOEFL, NELT or IELTS before 31 May.
Applications from final year students will be considered but they must complete all requirements by 31 May.
Proof of graduation should be provided no later than 1 Nov.
These rules apply to all candidates taking the IBSAT Exam.
IBSAT Exam Pattern for 2025
The IBSAT question paper has one hundred and forty multiple choice questions according to the IBSAT exam structure. The test will be organised in a two hour remote proctored format. The table below provides information on the IBSAT exam details of section-wise format.

Online Mode IBSAT Exam
Go to official website of IBSAT.
Then click “Apply Now” and create IBSAT login details
After that click the enter option after logging in for the form.
Enter your personal information.
Examine your IBSAT form.
Pay the ₹1800 fee using Credit, Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI
Offline Mode IBSAT Exam
Buy the application form from any IBS campus by paying ₹1800 in cash
A packet containing your voucher number and login ID will be sent to you.
Use these to register and log in
Change your password.
Fill out the application form using your login ID and password that you have set.
Admit Card and Slot Reservation for IBSAT 2025
Bookings for slots are now available. After selecting their preferred date and time students can download the IBSAT admit card. The card must be shown on exam day. Candidates can also access the IBSAT admit card 2025 download link on the website.
IBSAT 2025 Result
IBSAT result will be available online in 2026 Jan. Sign in using your hall ticket number and date of birth. Scores will determine whether you go into the next round of IBSAT 2025 selection.
IBSAT 2025 Cutoff
The IBSAT cut off will be released after the result. Students who meet the cutoff will be called for Micro Presentation and PI. For IBS Hyderabad the expected cutoff is 72–78. Cutoffs will be shared for all campuses soon after the IBSAT 2025 Exam results.
Selection Procedure for 2025 IBSAT
Micro Presentation and Personal Interview are part of the IBSAT selection. Candidates with valid scores from IBSAT exam 2025 or other exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, GMAT, MAH CET or state level tests can appear. The IBSAT is an admission exam for management. The ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test is the full name of the exam.
Any candidate who has completed graduation with at least 50 percent marks may apply for IBSAT. The candidates must have studied in English medium or submit an English proficiency score.
You have to fill an online form at the IBS website enter your details and pay the fee. The application fee is approximately ₹1800.
