What is the CUET-PG Exam?
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the Common University Entrance Test, which is also known as CUET-PG, at the Indian level for admission into various postgraduate courses offered by central universities and other collaborating colleges and universities. The application fee is ₹ 1400 (for two papers) for the general category and candidates have to pay an extra ₹ 700 for any additional test paper (if chosen). For candidates outside India, the application fee is ₹ 7000 and for an additional test, the fee will be ₹ 3500.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is used to determine postgraduate admission to Central and partner universities. The main benefit of the CUET-PG exam is that it provides a uniform platform and equal opportunities.

Applicants will be able to sit for the admissions test of multiple Central Universities and other participating universities with a single exam. Admission to the postgraduate programs of HEIs (Higher Education Institutes) in the next academic year, 2025–2026, will be based on the outcome of the CUET (PG)–2025.
