CUET PG 2026 Exam Day Guidelines, Timings, Documents and Dress Code

The CUET PG 2026 exam has now started and is being administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from March 6 and 27 March 2026. The exam will be conducted in computer-based mode at different exam centres across the country.

The exam day guidelines are to be followed by the students appearing in the exam. The exam will be conducted in three shifts and the students are advised to reach the exam centre at the time specified on the admit cards. In addition to the admit cards, the students are also required to carry a valid photo ID proof with them. Electronic gadgets and other restricted items are not allowed inside the exam centre.

CUET PG 2026 Exam Timings

The CUET PG 2026 will be conducted on the specified exam dates in three shifts every day. Candidates should arrive at the test centre well in advance of the reporting time indicated on the admit card.

Documents Required on CUET PG 2026 Exam Day

As instructed on exam day, candidates must bring the required paperwork to their CUET PG testing location. Without the necessary documents, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the test centre. The list of essential documents to carry to th exam centre as as follows - 

• CUET PG admit card

• Aadhaar card or other valid photo ID

• PwD certificate if applicable

• Scribe details if required

CUET PG Exam Day Guidelines 2026

The students must follow the guidelines provided by the authorities for the CUET PG MBA exam - 

• Carry the CUET PG 2026 admit card along with one valid photo ID.

• Arrive at the testing location at least sixty minutes before the exam starts.

• Carry out the biometric authentication at the entrance gate.

• Follow the instructions provided by the invigilator inside the examination hall.

• Don't bring any prohibited objects to the testing location.

CUET PG 2026 Dress Code

There is no strict dress code mentioned for the  NTA CUET PG exam but the applicants must follow the general norms to avoid any problems during the security checks.

• Avoid wearing jewellery, watches or fitness bands.

• Avoid wearing caps or stoles.

• Avoid clothes with big buttons especially metallic ones.

• Put on half-sleeved light cotton clothing.

• Avoid jackets or blazers.

Items Not Allowed Inside the CUET PG 2026 Exam Centre

The students must avoid carrying the items mentioned in the following list to the exam centre. They might not be permitted to enter the exam room if they are carrying prohibited goods.

• Geometry box

• Handbags

• Wallet

• Eatables

• Mobile Phones

• Electronic3 devices

Items to Carry to the CUET PG Exam Centre 2026

Candidates need to carry only the essential items to the CUET PG MBA exam centre. These items include -

• Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG MBA Admit Card

• Two passport-size photographs

• One valid photo ID proof (PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or Driver's License)

• Transparent water bottle (as needed)
