The CMAT 2026 was held on January 25 by the National Testing Agency. Approximately 75000 candidates are expected to have appeared for the test at different test centers in more than 120 cities. The CMAT 2026 exam was of a moderate type. There was no shift in the pattern of the exam from last year. The exam consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions and attempting around 75 questions accurately is considered a good performance.

The Innovation & Entrepreneur section of CMAT 2026 had questions on bootstrapping, venture capital, factors influencing markets, characteristics of entrepreneurs, ambidexterity theory, design thinking.

Innovation & Entrepreneur section had the usual concept-based questions (bootstrapping, venture capital, factors that affect markets, traits of entrepreneurs, ambidexterity theory, design thinking. Out of 20 questions only 3 questions were from Business GK.
