The ten-month hybrid program involves online classes and on-campus modules and it enables participants to develop sharper digital, analytical and AI skills for improved HR decision-making.

The program focuses on Digital HR Transformation, hands-on projects in HR analytics and emerging areas such as generative AI, AI-driven HR and the responsible use of AI in people management.

The application fee for the XLRI executive program will be Rs 3000 plus GST. The course fee amounts to Rs 2,25000 and is payable in four instalments.

The date of commencement of the XLRI Jamshedpur executive program is 12 April 2026. The time of joining the session is from 10 am to 01 pm.

XLRI Executive Program Eligibility Requirements

Candidates with graduation (10+2+3) or diploma (10+2+3) from a University of any recognised educational Institution approved by the UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, State Government or equivalent in any discipline are entitled to apply. 

For International candidates-graduation or equivalent degree from an accredited university or College in their country of origin.

Applicants who are HR professionals with not less than four years of work experience are eligible to apply.

XLRI Jamshedpur Digital HR, Al program

This program aims to meet the increasing need for human resources capabilities with analytics. Industry research suggests that more than 70 % of HR heads value people analytics and by 2030, the global market of AI in HR is valued at USD 15 billion, said XLRI.

Though more than 60% of organisations incorporate AI in their HR practice, it is still difficult for many HR leaders to translate the insights into real business benefits, the news release revealed.

This program is intended for human resources heads, business partners, consultants, talent and learning specialists and senior practitioners who lead digital and analytics-based transformations, the announcement added.

Certificates will be awarded for successful completion of the programme alongwith the Executive Education alumni status by XLRI Jamshedpur. The admission process is on and will close shortly.
