The Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur, India's most renowned management college, has formally opened admissions for two new one-year hybrid courses. Public Human Resources Management (PHRM) and Public Policy & Sustainable Leadership (PPSL) are topics covered in these courses. These courses were created in close consultation with the Government of India's Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). These courses are designed for working professionals across several industries.

These hybrid degrees blend online education with intensive campus residencies offering 180 hours of blended instruction that balances flexibility and academic rigour. There are six 30-hour modules in the PPSL. There are three 60-hour modules in the PHRM curriculum.
