The two day conference saw visionary HR leaders, industry professionals and academicians come together to discuss the changing dynamics of human resource management and its critical role in shaping up purpose driven and future-ready organisations.
Over 35 renowned speakers attended the conference, including HR chiefs and top executives from companies like Citi, Tata Motors, Bridgestone India, Kyndryl, Accenture, PayU, BPCL, Aster DM Healthcare and Mosaic Wellness.
The session featured Suparna Tandon, Chief Executive Officer of NPS Trust as the Chief Guest and Ms Rajita Singh, Chief People Officer of Kyndryl as the Guest of Honour, who discussed adaptive leadership, ethical frameworks and the role of purpose driven human capital strategy in today fast changing business environment.
Rajita Singh Chief People Officer of Kyndryl served as the summit's Guest of Honour and delivered the valedictory address. Speaking, Singh highlighted that the role of HR is increasingly a strategic driver for inclusiveness, innovation and transformation.
With more than two decades of technology and human resources leadership she challenged the audience thinking to view HR as a catalyst in aligning people, purpose and performance rather than a support function.
The summit consisted of six panel discussions each led by one renowned industry expert and moderated by IIM Raipur faculty members.
These courses explored a range of varied and topical subjects that are reshaping the modern HR landscape from Leadership Refined Building Agile, Ethical and Human Centred Leaders to Leadership with Conscience. In the era of automation and artificial intelligence, redefining corporate ethics for talent management in the workplace.
