Professor Mahadeo Prasad Jaiswal who is the Director of IIM Sambalpur, Professor Rajita Kulkarni who is the President of Sri Sri University and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who is the founder of the university were present when the Memorandum of Understanding was signed.
Plans Under the Partnership
Both universities will conduct workshops, seminars, webinars and short courses in new fields such as Data Science and other emerging areas. Faculty members from both sides will exchange visits and teach students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The students will be given opportunities for joint project work and modules of experiential learning. Accommodation and other arrangements during the exchange activities will be covered with mutual support from both universities.
The partnership also includes joint research work. The two institutions will apply for national and international funding and publish research papers together in well-known journals.
Leadership Remarks
The collaboration aims at blending contemporary management education with ingrained human values said Professor Mahadeo Prasad Jaiswal. All modern fields including data science, artificial intelligence, management, stress management and spirituality will be examined by the partnership. It is about creating leaders for the future who would be competent innovative and caring.
