The FDP was organised for the faculty members and academic professionals of various institutions in the region with the aim of empowering educators to incorporate Artificial Intelligence effectively into teaching, learning and research activities. Through the emphasis on emerging digital technologies, the FDP aimed to improve the quality of higher education and help create a future-ready academic ecosystem in the region.

Over a period of five days the attendees were able to take part in expert sessions on AI driven transformation in the education sector which included topics such as generative AI, AI facilitated course design and delivery, engaging students, learning analytics, assessment strategies and applications of AI in quantitative and qualitative research. The training program included practical sessions on AI powered Excel tools, Power Query and digitally facilitated case development, along with dedicated discussions on ethical use of AI, academic integrity and the governance of higher education institutions. With this initiative IIM Udaipur once again established itself as a knowledge partner in academic and regional development reaching out to the higher education ecosystem beyond the boundaries of the classroom.
