IIM Raipur Offers Six Management Development Programs for Leadership

As per the press release these programmes focus on enhancing managerial skills in fields like finance, risk management, human resources and organisational behaviour. Continuing till November the institute will offer programs on corporate communication, strategic thinking and franchising for business growth to enhance communication, leadership, negotiating and strategic management skills.
These six programmes conducted by IIM Raipur professors are meant to cover areas of finance, human resources, strategy and communication.
Dr Pranith Kumar Roy will conduct a three day session on financial risk management in October 2025 in the finance and accounting field.
Stepping ahead to November 2025 a series of programs is scheduled in diverse fields. Dr. Archana Parashar and Mrunal Chavda will conduct a four day corporate communication program from November 1 to 4.
From November 16 to 18 Dr Satyasiba Das will lead a three day program on strategic thinking. From November 21 to 23, Dr Sandeep S. will lead a three day workshop on franchising for business expansion.
HR Analytics by Dr. Ritu Gupta and Decoding Organisational Politics by Dr. Damini Saini are two HRM and OB courses that are scheduled to run concurrently from November 22 to 24.
The intent of the course is to combine conceptual models, case studies, experiential learning and practical applications such that participants have the opportunity to apply learned concepts to real-world situations.
