These seven MDPs, which have been edited by IIM Raipur faculty members, span key functional areas like strategic management, information systems, general management, human resource management and operations management.

The initiatives aim to enhance managerial skills in innovation, co-creation, and design thinking using ChatGPT for business and learning, digitalisation and workplace wellbeing through leadership and fairness and regulatory readiness through the masterclass of the labour code.

Additionally, sector specific modules of healthcare management and business analytics equip participants with specialist knowledge, guaranteeing a thorough exposure to innovation, regulatory compliance and industry-specific expertise needed in addressing the intricacies of contemporary organisational landscapes.

Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Director in Charge of IIM Raipur contributed his opinions, adding that in IIM Raipur, executive education was considered a human capital investment strategy that not only formed careers but also influenced the competitive organisational future of companies. He continued to state that the September 2025 MDP lineup met the most urgent needs of the business ecosystem today, be it using AI with tools such as ChatGPT, making sense of new labour regulations or creating leadership rooted in justice and well-being.
