The program targets the next CSOs and COOs, CEOs and senior managers driving large-scale change initiatives, enabling them to influence boards, guide business units and line up stakeholders.

Surveys conducted recently emphasize the increasing need for a better strategy. Another survey conducted by Gartner in 2024 reveals that 62% of CEOs across various organisations are concerned about growth and 34% are concerned about AI-led transformation.

The CSO Program for professionals with 10+ years of experience includes three modules: Sensing Opportunity, Crafting Competitive Advantage and Execution & Realising Advantage. The courses in this program include strategy, corporate and international planning, M&A, corporate entrepreneurialism, changing business through people, designing change through design thinking and strategic communication.

The program allows leaders to tackle uncertainty, determine where to compete and execute with clarity using framework-based learning, peer learning and live experiences, explained Professor Sabayachi Sinha. The participants selected over the years have belonged to C-suite and VP/Director/Senior Management functions from industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT, Healthcare and other industries. The mode of learning offered through TimesPro's Direct-to-Device technology incorporates live sessions, case studies, simulations, quizzes and graded assignments. There is also a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow and a capstone project that allows participants to apply the concepts of digital transformation and AI in addressing critical business problems. The program offers a Certificate from IIM Lucknow and Alumni Status.
