EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Program), India's first distance-delivered management program. The program was initiated in 2001 with the vision of transcending the geographical boundaries of the institute and offering quality business education to working professionals who couldn't pursue a full-time program. Bengaluru has come out as one of the biggest contributors to the EPGP class amongst Tier I cities and it has more than 90% of participants. Southern India contributes alone to about 30% of enrolments, indicating the increasing demand for professional growth in the region. Additionally, 26% of the present class comprises women, who are mostly interested in becoming leaders in their fields.
