To address this very need the Indian Institute of Management Indore has introduced a new executive Program titled Corporate and Public Leadership in a VUCA World. The marketing partner for the Program is Jaro Education.

This Program ten months long stands specially designed for senior professionals, policy framers and entrepreneurs who aim to lead effectively in a complex and connected business and policy environment.

Program Structure and Learning Format

The Program comprises 70 live online sessions and an immersion experience of 3 days at IIM Indore. The coursework enables the participants to experience flexibility as well as immersion at an IIM Campus.

By participating in this Program delegates will be able to learn how to navigate challenges such as global trade tensions, new government regulations, global climate risks and the increasingly prominent role of artificial intelligence in different economies. The learning process takes the form of real-world case studies.

Key Learning Areas Covered

The Program centers on important leadership topics like understanding global political shifts, balance between business, government and society as well as responsible leadership in times of uncertainty. It also deals with ethics in leadership, corporate social responsibilities, public policy, industrial policy, AI governance as well as the role of India in the global economy.

Program Highlights

The Program lasts for 10 months with weekend online classes. The classes are conducted live and in an interactive manner. The members also get to go to a 3-day campus Program conducted in IIM Indore. On successful completion of this course one gets a Certificate of Completion issued from IIM Indore and also attains Executive Education Alumni Status.

Program Details at a Glance

The Program will commence from Feb 2026. Online learning with immersion on campus. The timing of this program is every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1:15 PM IST.

Persons with at least 3 years of work experience and 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation degree from recognised institutions can apply. The total Program fee is ₹206500 inclusive of GST charges.
