The program blended academic preparation with world exposure, integrating seasoned teachers, business professionals and institutional administrators to ensure that students not only adapt to campus life but also start developing the skills and thinking needed for global work.

Week one, 'Embracing Horizons', introduced students to the broader possibilities that lay ahead from collaborative learning to the study of law, policy and cyber fraud. Sessions like "Voices from the Field" addressed students with industry perspectives in order to set the stage for application-orientated learning.

Week 2's Embracing Within reversed the spotlight inward, fostering emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership skills. The "Spark to Startup" section ignited entrepreneurial thinking, whereas "Mapping Future: Career Compass" offered tips on how to connect personal aspirations with professional goals.

Week 3 was on Express and Empower which centred around diversity, wellness and community. Students lived on campus and experienced campus life through "Roots & Wings" and "Know Your Campus" feeling a sense of belonging while being equipped to overcome academic and professional challenges with resilience.

Addressing the function, Dr Vikas Dhawan DG of IMS Noida said that Deeksharambh was an important step in a student's journey. It was a bridge between wish and action where students could find out both the possibilities in the surroundings and what they themselves can do. He further added that within three weeks they nudged the children into asking questions, investigating and imagining their own futures as leaders and innovators who would transform the business not mere passengers.

He also mentioned that in the twenty first century, mere academic knowledge was not enough. He further said that Deeksharambh attempted to equip students with the frame of mind, abilities and flexibility needed to flourish in diverse situations. He further stated that the curriculum was a manifestation of their dedication to holistic education, encompassing professional gearing and individual development.

Deeksharambh 2025's formal but open and inclusive strategy reconfirmed the institute's mission of preparing students to succeed in a competitive international economy while fostering an entrepreneurial and socially responsible attitude.  As incoming MBA and MCA classes start their educational journeys, foundations established over these three weeks are guaranteed to last a lifetime, guiding their choices, shaping their careers and inspiring lifelong learning.
