APSCHE has announced the release of the AP ICET 2025 counselling schedule. Candidates who passed the entrance test can start registering for counselling from July 10, 2025, on the official portal: icet-sche.aptonline.in.

AP ICET 2025 Counselling Important Dates

The following are the dates to remember:

  • Counselling Registration: July 10 to July 14, 2025

  • Web Options Entry (for college and course selection): July 13 to July 16, 2025

  • Seat Allotment Result (Phase 1): To be announced later

Who Can Apply?

Candidates who have passed the AP ICET 2025 examination (results declared on May 20, 2025) with a minimum of 25% of total marks are eligible to attend. All the eligible candidates have to register online, pay the counselling fee and fill in the web options in order to be eligible for seat allotment.

Documents Needed for Counselling

In order to complete the AP ICET 2025 counselling process students will have to prepare certain documents that need to be uploaded. First and foremost, they must have the necessary academic records such as the hall ticket of AP ICET 2025 and rank card, the SSC (10th) marksheet, the intermediate or diploma marksheet, the degree marks sheets or consolidated marksheet, the provisional degree certificate, the transfer certificate (TC) and the study certificates from Class 9 to graduation.

Besides students will also be required to submit proof of residence. This will be a residence certificate particularly for candidates who studied privately in Andhra Pradesh or a parent's residence certificate in case of a student who is a non-local candidate. This certificate must be such that it indicates that either of the parents has resided in Andhra Pradesh for a minimum of 10 years excluding time spent outside the state for employment.

Applicants also need to provide any relevant category and income documents. They are a caste certificate for SC, ST or BC candidates, a recent income or ration card showing the candidate's name, an EWS certificate in case and a local status certificate especially for candidates shifting from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh after June 2, 2014.
