Admission to BBA courses in more than 1071 colleges is offered on the basis of MAH BBA CET 2026 ranks. The number of seats in these colleges is filled through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra. The admission is offered on the basis of the MAH BBA CET 2026 rank of the candidate.

Procedure to Apply for MAH BBA CET Participating Colleges

• After the declaration of the results of MAH BBA CET 2026, the shortlisted candidates are required to take part in the Centralised Admission Process, which is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

• During the CAP sessions, candidates are allowed to select their preferred colleges for admission.

• Admission is granted only if the candidates fulfil the eligibility criteria and follow the special rules of the chosen college.

The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the following criteria.

• MAH BBA CET merit

• Performance in the previous qualifying exams

• GD-PI performance (if applicable)

• The participating colleges are govt., government-aided and Pvt. colleges in Maharashtra.

• Each college has its own cut-off list. The cut-off list may vary depending on the course and category of the students.

• Before selecting a college, candidates must know the details such as the intake capacity of the college, courses available and admission criteria.

• Approximately 65 percent to 85 percent  seats are reserved for Maharashtra domicile candidates.

• Approximately 15 percent to 35 percent seats are available for All India candidates. Some of the top colleges reserve 15 percent seats for All India candidates.

• The CAP is an online process for admission to management courses in Maharashtra.

• Separate merit lists are generated for Maharashtra State candidates and All India candidates.

• After the result declaration, candidates must register online for CAP on the official admission website.

• Candidates seeking admission through other national-level exams may have to pay a registration fee during the CAP process.
