NTA will make the 2026 CMAT Answer Key available soon after the test. By visiting the official website candidates can obtain their response sheet and the CMAT Answer Key PDF. The 2026 CMAT Answer Key also known as the CMAT Setwise Answer Key will be made available in a setwise pattern so that applicants can verify their responses and object if necessary. After considering all the objections NTA will publish the final 2026 CMAT Answer Key along with the CMAT Result and CMAT 2026 Scorecard which will contain sectional and overall scores, percentiles and All India Rank.

Dates of CMAT Exam and Results 2026

The 2026 CMAT exam is expected to take place in 2026 January. The official calendar and the official CMAT 2026 result key dates will probably be out in 2025 November. About a month following the test the CMAT Result 2026 will be posted on the NTA website. The CMAT 2026 Scorecard will include - 

• Personal details of the candidate

• Sectional and overall scores

• Section-wise and overall percentile

• All India Rank

Ways to Download CMAT Answer Key PDF 2026

The National Testing Agency will make the CMAT Answer Key 2026 public shortly after the test. Candidates could examine the question paper and answer key by using their login credentials. The steps are as follows -

1. Visit the CMAT page at https://exams.nta.ac.in/ 

2. Select the tab for the CMAT 2025 Answer Key.

3. Enter your DOB or the number of application you have set together with your password.

4. See the response sheet and CMAT Set-Wise Answer Key shown on the screen.

5. Additionally you can keep your CMAT Answer Key PDF for future use.

How the CMAT 2026 Answer Key Can Be Challenged?

The interim CMAT Answer Key was subject to a one day objection window offered by NTA. Here is the process explained for test takers - 

1. Go and log in to the official website of NTA-CMAT 2026

2. Click on the option of Challenge Answer Key

3. Enter your  Security Pin, number of CMAT application and Date of Birth

4. Check all 100 questions with the correct option list given by NTA

5. Select the question you want to challenge by ticking the checkbox next to the option ID

6. Click Save Your Claim and move forward

7. Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file

8. Click Save Your Claim finally to confirm

9. Review your challenges displayed on the screen

10. Pay ₹200 per question via Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking

CMAT Scores and Percentiles

• CMAT Scores - Raw marks out of 400 based on the number of correct and incorrect responses

• CMAT Percentile - Indicates the percentage of candidates you scored better than

CMAT Marking Scheme

• Plus 4 marks for every correct answer

• Minus 1 mark for every incorrect answer

• No marks deducted for unattempted questions

How to Calculate CMAT Percentile 2026?

Using the values corresponding to their rank and the total number of applicants candidates can determine their percentile on the CMAT exam - 

(N- Candidate’s rank)/N) x 100 = P (CMAT Percentile)

Note - In this case P stands for percentile and N for total test participants.

CMAT 2026 Result Download Guide

The date of 2026 CMAT Result will be made public along with the official time table for the exam. Candidates will be able to get their 2026 CMAT Result on the national testing agency website once it is available.

1. Click on this link https://exams.nta.ac.in/CMAT of the official website

2. Select the CMAT 2026 Scorecard tab.

3. Enter your number of application, security pin, password and DOB.

4. To access your dashboard click Submit.

5. For admission get the CMAT 2026 Result and print it out.

Since the information on the CMAT 2026 scorecard will be checked during admission candidates should carefully review it. The scorecard is going to show following information - 

• The name of the candidate and their roll number

• Exam time, date and year
